ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 10 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way! All orders will be processed as quickly as possible- determined by health
STORE PICKUP
Orders can be picked up daily, from Arnprior, ON. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Schedule will be determined.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is available for a 5$ flat rate fee - Ottawa Area
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 40 KM of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped using Canada Post or UPS. A Flat rate shipping fee of 10$ CAN applies to orders shipping to Canada. Due to new and unpredictable Tariffs, We do not ship outside of Canada at this time. We hope to expand worldwide later this year.
If we are able to resume international order shipping:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
